Refund/Return Policy:
All Building Kits:
Building Kits are not refundable or returnable after the product has been shipped.
If you request to cancel your order before it has shipped, you will receive a 50% refund of the total price paid for the building set(s) in your order. The "total price paid" includes taxes, but excludes shipping costs, which are fully refundable.
If your building kit is missing any pieces, do not receive a download link or you have questions please contact:

All PDF e-book downloads:
Digitally downloaded e-books cannot be refunded because there is no way for you to physically "return" it. Once your payment has been processed refund cannot be given (no exceptions).
